- We do not collect or store your Discord messages outside of Bot commands.

- Create and broadcast your marketplace listings across configured servers.
- Display listings in the correct language for each server.

All data is stored in a local SQLite database. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your listing content is broadcast to other Discord servers where the Bot is configured, as this is the core functionality of the service.
7. Data Retention
Listing data is retained as long as the listing is active. When a listing is deleted or removed, the associated data is removed from our database. Server configuration data is retained as long as the Bot remains in the server.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your listings: You can delete your own listings at any time through the Bot.
- Request data deletion: You may request the deletion of all your data by contacting us.
- Remove the Bot: Server administrators can remove the Bot from their server at any time, which will remove that server's configuration data.
9. Children's Privacy
The Bot is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
